Mother’s Day is on Sunday, May 8 this year. And as April will be here tomorrow, we do need to start working on those cards for Mother’s Day. And when it comes to Mother’s Day cards, let us not forget so many women in our lives who are and have been mother-like figures to us and/or within our communities. There are so many women out there who we need to remember and celebrate, so let us do just that with our beautiful hand made cards.

Deb made this beautiful card for her mother-in-law. I know she will be thrilled to pieces!

The sentiments and floral image are from Happy Day Iris by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

That wonderful paper is from My Favorite Spring by Echo Park.

That perfectly coordinated ribbon is from 2 of our Seam Binding Samplers – Spring Pastels and Blues/Purples.

The large oval was cut with Spellbinders Standard Ovals.

The heart was cut with Farmhouse Pierced Nested Hearts by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Deb stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black, colored with Copics and added Zig Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Marker for some sparkly accents.

Deb further accented with Kaisercraft Rhinestones.

And as always, Deb has a beautifully coordinated inside to her card as well!

All the same products were used on the card inside as were used on the card front.
