Joy to the World (Christmas in July) – by Deb Felts
Good morning! I am so in love with the card Deb created for us today. It has such a fresh feel with the ivory and greenery, yet a definite vintage vibe with the ornament, sentiment and distressed background stenciling. Lovely, lovely – so simply gorgeous!
The ornament and sentiment are from Farmhouse Christmas by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps – 35% OFF!
The greenery was cut with Two Sprigs by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.
That lovely designer paper is from Under the Gum Leaves by Kaisercraft – 30% OFF!
The background stenciling was done with the Mesh stencil by Tim Holtz.
The ribbon is May Arts 3/4″ Ivory Canvas – Plain.
Deb used Memento Rich Cocoa for off-stamping the stencil and under-stamping the sentiment.
Deb used Delicata Celestial Copper for over-stamping the sentiments.
Deb used Luxury Pearlescent Metallic 105# Cardstock for one of the mat layers – Copper – 15% OFF!
Note the metallic copper ink on the greenery – lovely!
Deb fussy cut the ornament.
This is the sentiment that Deb first stamped in Memento and then over-stamped in the metallic copper.
It has such a rich look!
And here you can also see the rich look of the pearlescent copper mat layer.
