Holly had fun with her tags today, creating a 3-dimensional ornament as the focal point of each tag. She used a variety of papers and colors to create this cheery trio of tags. Some die cut greenery, a simple sentiment and burlap rope toppers finish them off just beautifully. And as an added bonus, flip them over and you have a pocket to hold a git card! And there you have a gift and a tag all in one!

I love the cheery colors and just how happy these tags make me feel!

To create the 3-D ornament, Holly created a 2nd ornament, scored it down the center to create the fold, and then adhered it to the first ornament down the center line, allowing it to be “open” and create the 3-D effect.

The ornaments and joy sentiment are from Christmas Joy by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The greenery was made using Holiday Greens die set by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

The red and green papers are from Home for Christmas by Carta Bella.

The snowflake paper is from Winter Market by Carta Bella.

The string toppers use May Arts 1/16″ Burlap Cord – perfect!

Holly stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copic markers.
