The newest paper pad in the Ink Drops line from Craft Consortium is Monochrome. To say that it is drop dead gorgeous would be an understatement and Deb shows us today just how beautiful it is. She ran with the colors in the sheets for her trio of tags which are actually are a good example of recycling/repurposing as well. They easily hold cash for some much appreciated pocket money!

WOW! Just take it all in. Blacks, cream, white and gold never looked better!

These tags are 2.75″ wide and 7.25″ long.

Deb did all her stamping in black which totally POPS on this gorgeous paper.

Again, the paper used is from Ink Drops Monochrome by Craft Consortium – NEW!

The snowflake strip is from Snowflake Blessings Border Strip by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Deb cut a long narrow strip of designer paper, stamped the snowflake border at an angle in the center, then cut the strip into 3 pieces, using the border strip as the line on which to cut the angle.

She then distressed her edges in black and spaced them on the panel as you see.

Deb used some very glamourous ribbon at the tag tops – May Arts 1.5″ Sheer Glitter Dot in Ivory/Gold – combined with May Arts 1″ Sheer in Dark Gold.

This card uses the lovely star from Merry Christmas by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The sentiment is from Snowflake Blessings Border Strip by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

I absolutely LOVE those snowflakes stamped in black atop that gorgeous paper!

Here’s a nice close look at some of that beautiful detail.

Deb used Copic markers to add just a bit of the ivory/gold color to the star and snowflakes.

This tag uses the Peace and Joy Word Dies by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The stamped sentiment is also included in the Snowflake Blessings Border Strip by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The large snowflake die is retired/unknown.

The small snowflakes on all cards are from Christmas Stockings & Mittens by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Again, the sentiment is included in the Snowflake Blessings Border Strip by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

On this project Deb use Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Delicata Ink in Celestial Copper and Silvery Shimmer, Pearls in Latte, Rhinestones in Black and a metallic gel pen.

Deb adhered each decorated panel or front to one of these bags. She gets them from Chili’s where the utensils are given in these bags – GREAT way to upcycle a paper product!!!

The top of this project is actually the bottom of the bag with the open end on the bottom

And here you can see how nicely some folded cash fits into the envelope/bag that was upcycled.
