Wrapped Pumpkin Bread – by Esther Asbury

Welcome to day 2 of our Week of Gifting at Stamp Simply. Esther took a classic gift of home baked bread and prepared it for gifting in a lovely fashion using a white bakery bag, a simple tag and some lovely ribbons. She even shares the recipe with us and I can’t wait to try it out. It looks so, so yummy.

Doesn’t this make a beautiful gift presentation for the pumpkin bread? I love it!

Esther used a punch to create the lacy border at the top of the bag.

After inserting the bread into the bag Esther used Burlap Ribbon, Wrinkled Edge Sheer and Baker’s Twine to secure the loaf and to add some holiday fun!

The tag is a simple make and absolutely lovely in layers.

The tag shapes were cut with Tag Collection by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

The tree designer paper is from Home for Christmas by Carta Bella.

The kraft tag layer uses a sentiment and collage stamp from Jesus by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The tree is from O Christmas Tree by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The tag was attached with the Baker’s Twine and a Petaloo Botanica Mini flower was added.

Esther stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne and a variety of Ranger Distress Ink colors.

She also added some small Kaisercraft Pearls as decorations on the tree.
