Welcome to the weekend! We continue with our Week of Gifting at Stamp Simply. Julie is with us today sharing two fun ideas. First she created an easel card that holds a post-it note pad – super fun and a great way to display a beautiful card! Next she made a small bag and enclosed a lovely tag – perfect for junk journaling or gifting money or a check.

How pretty is this in a vintage fruity theme.

That gorgeous paper in such rich colors and the lovely lace just ooze vintage charm.

Note that Julie made a pretty cover for her note pad, too.

That stunning paper is from Fruit & Flora by Graphic 45.

The scripture verse was cut with Fishtail Sentiment Banners by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

For the ribbon/lace treatment Julie used:

May Arts 5/8″ Twill – Sage

 Venise Lace – 1.75″ Gabriella Ivory

This shows the easel card when fully closed – so luxurious!

This is the vintage themed tag with scripture and the small bag made to tuck it into.

Julie created the gift bag from an 8.5 x 11″ sheet of kraft cardstock.

The tag was cut using the Tag Collection die set by Tim Holtz (Sizzix)

This lovely tag/bag make a wonderful little gift presentation on their own (cash/check) and they also would work well in a junk journal type of project.

The lace is our Venise Lace – .75″ Lucia Ivory

The tag topper is Seam Binding – our Sampler in Blues and Purples was used.

For these projects Julie stamped in VersaFine Onyx Black and used Kaisercraft Pearls.
