Well, not QUITE yet, but Deb is ready!!! She created this gorgeous and super classy card to ring in 2023. The day I first saw the Ink Drops Monochrome paper pad (it’s fairly new) my first thought was how classy and celebratory and perfect for New Year’s Eve projects. Well, apparently I wasn’t the only one with those thoughts! And we have a NEW SALE with FREEBIES – details further down.

Look at how gorgoeous that paper is. Deb let the paper do most of the work on this card.

The background, the sentiment strip and even the floral all use paper from Ink Drops Monochrome by Craft Consortium.

The poppies are from Pretty Poppies by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Welcome is from Welcome Baby by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The number dies are from Collector by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

Deb accented with Kaisercraft Pearls in Latte.

The card base uses Luxury Pearlescent Metallic 105# Cardstock in Silver.

The black ink worked perfectly here. Deb used Memento Tuxedo Black and used a mix of Delicata Metallic Inks for the spatters and accents. She also accented with a metallic gel pen.

Deb used the small collage stamp also included in Pretty Poppies by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Reading those words, it is absolutely perfect for a New Year’s card!
