Good morning. We have another card of encouragement today, this one from Esther in a warm and cozy wintry theme. What a blessing it is to know that whatever we struggled with today, that tomorrow is a new day, a new beginning and “His mercies are new every morning.” That is a wonderful reminder for us to share via our hand stamped creations.

Classic blue and white is lovely any time, but especially for winter themes!

The mittens and snowflakes are from Christmas Stockings and Mittens by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The verse is from Farmhouse Scriptural Thoughts by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The background script on top is from Scripty Background Minis SET 1 by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The lace border is cut with the Crochet die by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

The mittens were cut with paper from Woodsy Plaid by Memory Box.

The gingham check is from Welcome Winter by Carta Bella.

A simple Baker’s Twine bow makes the perfect little embellishment.

Esther also used a Spellbinders Standard Circle die and stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne and White Ink.

These were designed as more user friendly background stamps as opposed to the standard larger background stamps.

Some of the verses in Set 1 stamp more ragged and vintage with parts of words missing, etc, while the verses in Set 2 stamp complete and crisp.
