Christ Strengthens Me – by Holly McMillen

Good morning! We continue our week sharing cards of encouragement. Holly chose a favorite verse from scripture that serves to lift one up in the knowledge that they can get through any circumstance in which God allows them to be. She has so beautifully spotlighted the verse on this deep and richly colored card. Holly so effectively incorporates a bit of drama into her cards that I find so very appealing.

Philippians 4:13 is one of many verses in a pair of sets we call our Encouragement Bundle.

The set Holly used for the verse is Fear Not by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The wheat is from Autumn Silhouettes by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Holly used a Spellbinders Standard Circle to create the spotlight for the sentiment and added a simple Baker’s Twine bow.

Holly used Memento Tuxedo Black to stamp and an assortment of Nuvo Micro Mist sprays to create the background.
