Good evening. We have a few cards to share this evening – one from Karen and one from Julie. They are both such lovely cards with a winter theme and both work beautifully as masculine cards, though not necessarily masculine only. The common theme to both of these cards is a black background with white ink/embossing.

Karen’s Card

This one is from Karen and I just love the chalkboard look along with the crimped kraft paper.

The tree is from O Christmas Tree by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The appropriate sentiment is from Christmas Stockings & Mittens by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Karen stamped and edged with white chalk ink.

She accented with Baker’s Twine and I love the little purchased branches.

What a wonderful card for some winter time cheer!

Julie’s Card

This card from Julie is a great masculine card with a wonderful message from scripture.

The sentiment is cut with Spellbinders Standard Ovals.

The lovely plaid paper is from Little Lumber Jack by Echo Park.

Julie stamped with VersaFine Onyx Black (clear embossed) and VersaMark (white embossed).
