Today we are sharing 2 more patriotic themed cards using our NEW sets to express our patriotism and love of country. And nothing shows that more than the bald eagle and a patriotic star along with the Pledge of Allegiance. Esther’s first card uses our new release, The American Eagle, and the second combines that set with The Pledge of Allegiance.

Both cards are just stunning!

Card #1

I absolutely love the night time scene Esther created on this card. It’s such a beautiful backdrop for her majestic eagle.

The eagle and sentiment are from The American Eagle by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Note the subtle text used in the background. That was created with The Pledge of Allegiance by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The trees are cut using Tree Line by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

And here’s a quick how-to from Esther in her own words:

“For this card I created a scene card by masking off the moon with a circle and sponging distress inks over my mixed media paper. I added white acrylic paint splatters and used a waterbrush and purple distress ink to add a mountain range behind my trees. I lightly stamped the pledge of allegiance over the entire scene in white pigment ink before adding my die cut trees and eagle.“

Card #2

This card is pulled together to perfection with patriotic colors and a mix of prints.

The star and sentiment are from The American Eagle by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Once again Esther used The Pledge of Allegiance as a background stamp – just perfect here!

All that gorgeous paper is from Let Freedom Ring by Echo Park.

Esther accented beautifully with Venise Lace and Gingham Ribbon.
