Mother’s Day is just less than 2 weeks away. Are you ready? Esther is sharing a lovely card for Mom today, all done up in pink and white and just as sweet as can be. This card is loaded with texture from dry embossing, to die cuts, to a large fabric flower and mixture of printed papers, yet it comes across as so soft and pretty for Mom!

So much to look at – just pause and take it all in, layer by layer.

We’ll start at the base which is dry embossed with the Lace embossing folder by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

The strip of paper lace is die cut using the Crochet die by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

The lovely die cut swirls use the Adorned die by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

The printed paper is from 2 different pads from Craft Consortium – Bloom & Wild and Watercolors.

The Mother’s Day greeting is from Typewritten Year Round Greetings by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The sentiment is cut with Fishtail Sentiment Banners by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The fabric rose is from our Shabby Rosettes Sampler.

Esther stamped using VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink and accented with Kaisercraft Pearls.
