Good Friday morning! Father’s Day is fast approaching being on June 18 this year. That still gives us 2 weeks plus to get our cards made up. (And we ship super quickly, so that’s not an issue!) Deb’s easy to create card is rugged in theme and quick to make, using a wonderful embossing folder for the background, a die for the forefront scene and stamps for the focal image and sentiment.

Check out the texture on the background – amazing!

It was created using the Tree Rings embossing folder by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

Moving forward, the trees were cut using Tree Line by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

The buck is from A Godly Man by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The sentiment is from All Occasion Sentiments SET 2 by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The sentiment is cut with Fishtail Sentiment Banners by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Deb stamped using VersaFine Clair Acorn Ink and used a variety of Ranger Distress Spray Stains on the background and the trees.

Again – that texture – don’t you just want to touch it!!! So very lifelike.
