Daffodils have to be among the most cheerful flowers out there and our He Lives set with the large daffodil image is one of Deb’s favorite sets to play with. She had fun with it on this project creating a botanical specimen themed card which was inspired by a large insect she found on her sidewalk. Truly, inspiration can come from just about anywhere!

This botanical themed card was pulled together just beautifully!

The daffodils and sentiment are from He Lives by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The slide and die cut sentiment are from Specimen by Tim Holtz (Sizzix).

The perfect designer paper used is from Ink Drops Earth by Craft Consortium.

The paper used for the gold specimen tag is our Luxury Pearlescent Metallic 105# Cardstock in gold.

The images are stamped with Memento ink and colored with Copic markers.

Deb accented with Kaisercraft Rhinestones in Split Pea and Burlap String.
