This is another one of those cards that is a fairly quick make, yet high on impact and appeal. The designer paper panel is from A Wonderful Christmas by Carta Bella.

Judy stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink, clear embossed the floral and then watercolored it, outlining with a gray Copic marker, adding glue/glitter once complete.

Judy accented with Kaisercraft Rhinestones in Split Pea.
