Good morning to all. Often times we want to send cards, the situations are difficult, and we’re not quite sure what to say. Deb shares a beautiful card today that fills that void. The front extends wishes for sunny days while the inside sends hugs. How perfectly this works for so many situations. I love how Deb hints at the sun in the design of the card front.

This card front is the perfect blend of simplicity and lovely vintage charm.

I love all the clean white while still adding the floral cluster with so much depth and texture.

The lovely designer paper is from Bloom & Wild by Craft Consortium.

The sentiment is from Typewritten Year Round Greetings by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

It s cut using Fishtail Sentiment Banners by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The greenery was cut using Floral Cluster and Sprigs Steel Dies by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The frayed seam binding used is included in our Seam Binding Sampler – Blues Purples.

The darker purple ‘strings’ were created by tearing and stretching the net from a plastic shallot bag.

The floral is from Kaisercraft Mini Paper Blooms – Grape (30% OFF all colors)

Again, I find this mix of the highly textured center focal with the large white border just fabulous!
