We are lucky enough to be sharing two patriotic cards today, one from Julie and one from Karen. The cards themselves are very different but both use our Old Glory stamp set as the focal image, giving them common ground. We here at Stamp Simply have a great love of country, patriotism and our military and love sharing patriotic cards year round, but with all the patriotic holidays on the near horizon they are surfacing more than ever!

This card is from Julie – simply made and simply lovely!

The combination of kraft with red, white and blue is always a winner.

The foreground image is from Old Glory by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The word collage background is stamped using The Red, White & Blue by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The beautiful lace is our Venise Lace in Lucia White. I love how this lace works so beautifully on patriotic cards, creating sort of a bunting effect.

And check out the inside. Julie used paper from Let Freedom Ring by Echo Park on the inside – LOVE that!

Julie stamped in VersaFine Onyx Black ink, clear embossed and colored with water-based markers and watercolor pencils.
