Romance Novel — a GORGEOUS paper pad by Prima.  It has been unavailable for some time and it finally has been re-stocked, and we couldn’t be happier!  This is one very gorgeous line by Prima.  And Darsie showed it off just beautifully with her Valentine for today.  Take a look:

At the risk of being repetitious, I’d like to show you a card I made last summer using the same Romance Novel Collection:

Interestingly enough, both Darsie and I used the same sheets of paper — LOL!!!

The technique used on this card is the telescoping image.

Here’s the Romance Novel paper pad used on both cards shown above.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, the Prima pads are about the best value for the $$ you’re going to get.  They have 48 sheets of beautiful paper, single sided, so you get to use up every single bit — NO wasted prints or patterns.  You get 3 sheets each of 16 different designs.  Having 3 of the same sheet allowed me to so easily create my simple version of the telescoping card shown above.  LOVE these pads.

I personally enjoy the A4 size offered by Prima.  It’s not as bulky to handle or store as a full 12 x 12, but still gives larger sheets that might be needed in doing 3d projects or layouts.  It’s a great size.  It’s apparent you all like them, too, so we continue to stock them.
