Good morning! We continue with the coffee/tea theme today as Esther shares a lovely pocket card with a bookmark tucked inside. It’s always nice to gift a hand made card, but even nicer when there is a little surprise gift tucked inside the pocket. Actually, what I am calling a bookmark could also be used by the recipient as a tag on something she may gift in the future.

This is the card with the bookmark/tag tucked inside the pocket with just the top peeking out.

So pretty and lady-like. This would be just perfect as a Mother’s Day card, too!

Good morning to all! We have another fun coffee card to share today. Well, actually this is a tea card, but pretty much the same/same. This one is from Esther and has a nostalgic feel done up in a clean vintage style. Love it! The mix of prints is just wonderful here, both on the tea cups and the variety of background papers used.

I think I am seeing 7 different printed papers in use on this slimline card.

Sounds busy, but Esther has pulled this card together with perfection!

That surely blesses the heart of this printed paper loving gal!

Once again it is Monday and and we begin a brand new week. I love new beginnings! The coffee theme is still running rampant in social media this week and Karen shares this fun-loving card with us today. She combined a designer paper background with another background sheet she hand stamped, topped with some die cut cups and hearts that obtained their color from oxide inks.

The hearts were cut using Farmhouse Pierced Nested Hearts by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The cups and hearts were cut from watercolor cardstock and rubbed with oxide inks.

Good Sunday morning and blessings to you all! Judy is sharing a super lovely, yet quick and easy, scripture card with us today. I always love to see scripture as the main focus/focal point of a card. Judy’s large butterfly accent and lovely designer paper background frame the scripture verse just beautifully. At first sight of this card, my mind immediately saw an entire set of scripture cards done up in this fashion following Judy’s simple layout here – what a fun project that would be!

Such a simply lovely way to convey the word of God via a hand made card.

You just can’t beat that mix – a little bit of coffee served with a whole lot of Jesus and a good hearty splash of patriotism! Julie did a FAB job combining a variety of themes on this card and I am head over heels in love with it! This card has a lot going on, yet comes across as fairly crisp and clean with Julie’s exquisite layout and color choices.

Mother’s Day is just less than 2 weeks away. Are you ready? Esther is sharing a lovely card for Mom today, all done up in pink and white and just as sweet as can be. This card is loaded with texture from dry embossing, to die cuts, to a large fabric flower and mixture of printed papers, yet it comes across as so soft and pretty for Mom!

So much to look at – just pause and take it all in, layer by layer.

Hello Monday. I am later than usual in posting today, but sometimes that happens! We have a wonderful card today from Karen celebrating PATRIOTISM. Yes, we here at Stamp Simply all share deep feelings of patriotism towards our country with deep appreciation and gratitude to all those who have and who are currently serving in our Armed Forces.

Karen used the stars from The American Eagle by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The background and Patriotic were stamped with The Pledge of Allegiance by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The red stars were cut using a star die from Old Glory by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

The narrow accent strip was cut using Fishtail Sentiment Banners by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.

Karen added a fun bow using Seam Binding from the Blues/Purples Sampler.
